"We are projecting to turn over around $6 to $7 million this year... Before we started working with Ash from Strategy + Scale, we found that a couple of the roadblocks in the business at Progressive Air were around the systems and procedures we had in place. We had some in place, but we probably didn’t have enough to scale the business the way we wanted.
